KEN LARISH

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Ken has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate as an attorney and a developer. During the four years prior to forming The Mainland Companies in 2011, Ken served as the Executive Vice President of Tennessee’s largest big-box retail development company and was responsible for the structuring and placement of over $200M in real estate development capital and the creation of one of the largest NNN development programs in the United States.

Ken has practiced law both in Nashville and in Dallas, where he was General Counsel of RM Crowe, a Texas-based holding and management company with over $500M in total asset value. He has been involved in over 30 million square feet of commercial transactions and served as legal counsel in major corporate mergers and acquisitions as well as private placements. For the past several years, he has specialized in capital formation, leading the structuring of multiple private transactions and investments.
 

Ken holds a BA degree in history from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon.
