At Mainland, our highest priority is developing projects that are a good fit for the local area and genuinely add value to the communities we create. Mainland's principals have developed or managed more than $3 billion in assets, equity and loans, and have overseen more than 35 million square feet of commercial and multifamily space.  Along the way, we’ve consistently generated successful returns for our investors and partners.  We focus primarily on mixed-use urban infill projects, single and multi-tenant retail, various forms of medical developments, and programmatic net lease rollouts.

Mainland was formed to create high quality assets and unique sustainable development platforms, while providing comprehensive development services to clients and investors with both large and small programmatic visions.  We enjoy remaining openminded and opportunistic across multiple project types and uses. The firm’s principals examine each opportunity on its own merit, and provide rigorous, analytic oversight in terms of deal structuring, financial analysis, development planning, implementation and asset management.

From our initial consultation to the finished product, our senior level executives work in close coordination and collaboration with clients throughout each project to ensure that both the big picture and crucial details are balanced.

We believe in full transparency, and we stick with what we know best. We achieve stability by diversifying our portfolio across product types; not by practicing multiple real estate disciplines. We do not practice brokerage, construction or property management services, so our partners and investors can trust that our interests are properly aligned.
