JAMES LENNON

James is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience and has been involved in the planning and development of over $1.5B of real estate, including over 5.5 million square feet of multiple use, high-density, in-fill projects, including housing, office, retail and institutional spaces. He has managed all phases of development, from master planning through design and construction, to marketing, operations and final disposition.

James came to Mainland from Crosland’s Nashville office where among other projects, he developed Terrazzo, Nashville’s first fully-integrated mixed-use high-rise; prior to that he had been in New York with the BAM Local Development Corporation, which spearheaded the creation of a mixed-use cultural district in downtown Brooklyn, and with GCT Venture, a joint venture of LaSalle Partners and Williams Jackson Ewing, the developer for the restoration of Grand Central Terminal.

James holds a BA in mathematics from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts, and attended graduate school at Columbia University in the civil engineering and real estate development programs. He is a LEED Accredited Professional.
