DON CAIRE

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Don brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, during which he originated more than $500M of commercial and residential real estate loans and invested over $200M of equity. Through his career he has also negotiated and structured joint venture development and ownership agreements with institutional and private investment companies and has worked extensively on complex loan restructuring transactions.
 

Don served as Chief Investment Officer of Southern Land Company, a Nashville based residential and mixed-use development company. During his time with Southern Land, he oversaw the acquisition and due diligence efforts of the company as well as managed all debt and equity relationships. Prior to Southern Land Company, Don served as Vice President of Investment Management for the Archon Group, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, and Chief Financial Officer of the Lehndorff USA Group, an advisor to European and Asian investors in U.S. commercial real estate.
 

Don received a MBA and a BS in Management from Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business in New Orleans, Louisiana.
