Over the past 25 years, the Mainland Retail team has developed in excess of 3.5 million sq. ft. of retail and medical space. Headquartered in Nashville, TN and with satellite offices in Georgia and Oregon, the company currently has projects in various stages of development in Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, Georgia, and Oregon. The company was recently formed from the merger of The Mainland Companies, LLC and Hart-Redd, LLC, both with extensive development backgrounds. The new entity focuses on single-tenant retail and medical projects for Memory Care, Fresenius Medical Center, Dollar General, and CVS.

Mr. Hart has 34 years of commercial real estate experience. For six years he was a corporate real estate executive for a national restaurant chain. Subsequently, he became Vice President of a development company in Atlanta. In 1990 Mr. Hart joined Redd Realty Services in Atlanta as a Partner and shortly thereafter formed Hart-Redd, LLC. During his time as President of Hart-Redd the company continued to develop for the Kroger Company and Winn Dixie, and expanded its customer base to include new tenants like CVS, Blockbuster Video, McDonald's, Auto Zone and now Memory Care of America. Under his leadership Hart-Redd has developed in excess of 3.5 million square feet of various types of multi-tenant retail properties and single-tenant, build-to-suit properties.
With 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Lybrook handles the anchor and local tenant negotiations for existing and new developments, as well as the pre-development site selection for shopping centers. Mr. Lybrook has been with Hart-Redd since it was founded. Additional responsibilities include zoning, permitting, and construction management.
Mr. Roberts has been involved in the real estate industry for 20 years. His experience includes all aspects of the development cycle, including planning, entitlements, financing, and asset management. He has facilitated more than $500 million of equity investments and real estate developments. With a special focus on capital sourcing, Mr. Roberts manages significant capital relationships across all asset classes, including mixed use infill projects for national developers in the Midwest and Southeast. His projects range from retail and multi-family to office, manufacturing and bio-tech.
Mr. Pierce has 16 years in commercial real estate, leasing, brokerage and development. He was previously with Hart-Redd for six years. Mr. Pierce has worked several states for Hart-Redd throughout the southeast, developing over 40 single tenant stores in those areas.
As Legal Counsel of Mainland, Mrs. Finkelmeyer is responsible for all legal aspects of real estate development and general corporate matters. She has been practicing law for 13 years and specializes in corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining Mainland, Allison practiced law at Troutman Sanders LLP in Atlanta, Georgia, Nissan North America, Inc., and Thompson Burton PLLC in Franklin, Tennessee.
Mr. Fleming has worked in the built environment sector in various capacities as a project manager, ranging from green building consulting and engineering services to residential and commercial solar operations. He has significant experience in project coordination to deliver accurate and on-time project deliverables, which will be his primary responsibility.
Mr. Hart has a real estate background in commercial leasing and deal management. In that capacity, he has participated in dozens of single-tenant and shopping center developments. Mr. Hart’s responsibilities include management of all Mainland Retail projects from land acquisition through permitting and construction commencement.
