The North Crawford project is a 99-residence multifamily development located in Portland, Oregon’s famed St. Johns neighborhood. St. Johns is positioned on the tip of the peninsula formed by the confluence of the Willamette and Columbia Rivers. North Crawford is a 1-acre infill parcel located within a short walk to Cathedral Park. In addition to significant community outreach, Mainland has proactively worked with city officials to ensure that the design reflects the existing community character.
North Richmond - Portland, OR
The North Richmond project was designed by SERA Architects with pre-construction by R&H Construction. The .54-acre site was acquired in August 2016 with plans to build 96 residences within steps of the Willamette River and Forest Park.
