Mainland specializes in urban infill development. We identify desirable locations and then customize our designs to the specifics of the site. We do not believe that there is a formula for building sustainable structures. We believe that each project we undertake has its own personality and distinct requirements to make it a success. Finally, we are committed to projects that not only please our tenants and owners, but also responsibly fit into the fabric of the surrounding community.
